I loved that it was a quick 20 minute walk to Hershey Theatre in a very nice beautiful neighborhood. We had to go to a concert and for us the walk was perfect, didn't have to worry about the parking let alone 1900 people trying to get out of the parking lot at the same time so it worked for us. This hotel is close to everything. Even though we didn't go to Hershey Park it is right up the road and the outlet mall is a quick drive away also. The staff was all so nice and generous, which is just refreshing to experience again at hotels, it isn't always the case at other hotels but any staff we encountered was fantastic! We were night owls due to the concert being late and a weekday where everyone else staying was up at 6am on the dot ready to roll for their day and you knew it! LOL, as annoying as that was it is expected and thankfully we are normally morning people. Breakfast was breakfast, nothing to write home about, it did the job and I am happy it is included. Love that coffee and tea was 24/7 and if you were hungry or thirsty they have a great snack collection. Fridge in room but no coffee maker or microwave, but having coffee 24/7 it worked out and they do have a microwave by their snack bar if you need to re-heat anything :) I would definitely stay at this location again.

Thought the hotel was brand new . Room looked crisp and clean . Everything was modern and updated. The lobby had games to play and the staff was very friendly when I interacted. The hotel was walking distance to downtown Hershey PA. The hotel was in a unique setting , literally surrounded by small one family homes felt so friendly and inviting. Not industrial at all . There was plenty of parking that was well lit . Overall excellent hotel

I have stayed here multiple times and never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and offers a lot (breakfast, pool, gym, board games, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). Overall one of the better hotels I have stayed at.

The over all hotel and staff was great. The room size was extremely small though. There was also no tub it was a stand up shower and that didn’t work for the youngest child. The staff was friendly though.

Thank you for your review. The Tru by Hilton brand is one of the newest in the Hilton Portfolio and offers a more modernized style of accommodations. Its minimal yet meaningful, all TRU hotels are built with stand up showers vs a bath tub, it eliminates closet space and drawers, but offering alternatives for storage throughout the room, replacing bottles of shampoo/soaps with bulk dispensers, etc. The Tru rooms are built smaller as we recommend spending your time out visiting Hershey or spend time in our very unique lobby space to relax, work, play and chew. We hope you visit us again in the future!

The property is very family friendly! We had five teenage boys in our group. They were entertained with the foosball table and games available in the lobby area. Great breakfast in the morning with awesome coffee.

Our stay was in one word “Horrible” it had nothing to do with the staff or hotel itself, The hotel was booked with what seemed like hundreds of teenagers that ran wild all night long, banging on our door constantly until about 2:00 a.m. before it finally stopped. I call called multiple time to complain but the nonsense continued. The staff was completely overwhelmed and it seemed that they could not do a thing about it, the group in room 508 were the main culprits, but there were other groups as well. The non- responsible parents were all in the lobby getting wasted. I walked down to get coffee and observed beer boxes everywhere, to much profanity to name and just a complete crab show in the lobby, the front desk clerk walked by me and literally looked scared for her safety. The staff did try to contact a coach and they stated “ it seemed as they did not care” Unfortunately my wife and I did had to confront the teens on our own, fortunately for us and Hilton it did not escalate to anything physical. I would suggest looking at the camera and identify the room that was causing this. My guess is 508, reach out to whoever rented the room and ban them for life. I will be reaching out to management and demanding a full refund.

The property is located conveniently close to many large attractions in the area, the staff was very helpful, and the room was well maintained and clean. Very nice home away from home!

Our room at Tru was small but neat. I did miss having a dresser and closet, but there were shelves for our clothes. I was also hoping for a recliner. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast downstairs, but there were no pastries.

The hotel was very nice and modern. The rooms were simplistic, but nice. Plenty of parking. Great location with a view of Hershey (Although you could see into residential homes adjacent to the property). When we checked in, I asked the staff at the desk if they put the 2 complimentary waters in our room since I am a Silver member and he said it didn't matter because I booked through a 3rd party, even though when I entered the room, on the TV it said "Welcome Angela Silver Member). He did end up giving me the bag of 2 waters anyway, it was just a little strange. Also, there were many times no one was at the front desk. There is a nice array of snacks and drinks to purchase and there was no one at the desk several times. It was actually a little creepy.
