Very nice resort, the food at the restaurant was great, every evening different theme dinner, lots of variety. Our kids loved the waterpark and liked they got a lot of ice cream from the refreshment stand. Very good service with the towels for sunbeds. Cocktails were ok, the entertainment team was amazing. We loved very much our stay at Gouves waterpark resort!

Fantastic family friendly hotel.

The Gouves Park Hotel is a family friendly hotel with a Water Park. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff at the hotel are exceptional helpful and friendly. The life guards at the park are excellent and very friendly. There is a beach and a small selection of shops, restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. The food is a good standard although it was repetitive at times. The kids club and disco is aimed at younger children and the animation team are very nice . The evening entertainment could be better. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing family holiday.

L’annonce concernantcet hôtel est mensongère ! Les piscines sont trop petites pour accueillir autant de monde, la nourriture est déplorable tout juste sortie de boîtes de conserves! Le restaurant principal offre une vue sur un terrain vague avec des gravats et des camions abandonnés ! La douche de notre chambre swim up est couverte de calcaire, la porte ne fermait pas à cause des charnières rouillées ! La soi disant plage de l’hôtel est à quelques centaines mètres où il faut payer pour avoir un transat et un parasol déchirés et sales! Sans compter sur la mauvaise foi de la manager qui botte en touche! C’est lamentable de payer pour de telles prestations ! Expédia nous a écouté et nous avons remboursé une bonne partie de notre réservation ! A fuir il y a mille fois mieux à 8 km!

Hôtel sympa surtout les chambres avec accès direct à la piscine (mais attention au bruit tout de même). Les espaces toboggans sont très bien pour les enfants. Le point négatif est la restauration. La nourriture est peu variée, pas terrible, généralement trop salée, il faut faire la queue tout le temps à moins d'arriver dès l'ouverture du restaurant...

Das Zimmer mit direktem Pool und die Anlage sind sehr schön und Kinder kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Die Getränke sind typisch (für uns viel zu süß wie mit Sirup angemischt) und das Wasser hat an der Bar leider nicht geschmeckt. Gestreckt bzw. gemischt ging es aber meistens. Für die Erholung zu beachten - ab 21:00 wird Minidisco gemacht und geht bis 23:00 noch Programm und Musik. Extrem laut. Wer das nicht mag sollte anders buchen. Wir waren schon in einem Zimmer etwas weg vom Geschehen. Ansonsten eine tolle Anlage, freundliches Personal und der Dinopark bzw. Aquarium direkt um die Ecke sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bon hôtel avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour les enfants, Aqua parc, piscines, animations francophones, show de dance spectaculaires, restaurant de buffet de très bon qualité et le restaurant à la carte asiatique excellent avec un maître d’hôtel Nick digne d’accueil d’un restaurant gastronomique ;) Les barmans généreux qui vous préparent tous les cocktails à la longue de la journée et les glaces de 16h à 17h ont un succès fou ;) Les soirées karaoke et les disco nights font des animations agréables, la plage est à 4 minutes à pied avec du sable fin et les vagues amusantes pour les enfants. Tout est propre et très bien équipé, à recommander et à revenir l’année prochaine 👍

Very nice, big and clean hotel. Wonderful staff and very service-minded. 1 week is enough, although very nice hotel, I was glad I could leave it again and see something different. To be honest, that’s the same experience I have with most all-inclusive. The all-inclusive menu could be a little bit more exciting, and for some reason, the juices are way too strong (need 4 times as much water, but they checked it, and it should be ok, according to Greece standards). Coffee is just boring. Couple of things that could be improved: keep the “children” swimming pools open a bit longer, accidents do happen in children pools - clean it straight away, too long lines for drinks and ice-cream.

Hôtel très convivial avec pas moins de 10 bassins, de grands buffets à volonté où l'on peut déguster des pâtes, des pizzas, des viandes grillées, des poivrons grillés...et des desserts assez crémeux ou des pâtisseries au miel, des fruits frais. Le restaurant propose un grand choix mais l'intérieur est bruyant notamment à cause du bruit des lourdes chaises sur le carrelage.Boissons chimiques (coca, sodas en poudre..), pitas et pizzas disponibles également toute la journée au snack. Ma chambre était plutôt grande et calme avec une décoration très sommaire et la salle de bain était peu aérée et constamment inondée car douche non délimitée. Sinon les toboggans, l ensoleillement, le mini disco, l accès gratuit au tennis et la plage située à proximité sont des . Très bien avec des enfants.

Из плюсов, большая и чистая территория, много бассейнов и водных горок, хорошая анимация и приветливый персонал. До моря минут 5 пешком. Большая столовая, отличная еда, очень вкусная и разнообразная. На баре у бассейна подают отличную пиццу и шаурму, очень рекомендую! Из минусов, это долгое заселение, не удобный матрас (чтобы не сказать хуже), плохая уборка и отсутствие душевой кабинки в ванной, весь пол становится мокрый и ужасно скользкий. Полотенца и постели за 6 дней не меняли, а просто протирала влажной тряпкой пол и то не всегда и не везде, балкон вообще не убирали. Есть много прокатов машин рядом с отелем и цены умеренные. Так-как далеко до остановки и автобусы ходят не регулярно, то машина на прокат это лучшая альтернатива и единственная возможность куда-то попасть не завися от общественного транспорта.

Super for families with children

We had a relaxing stay, where the 3-year old LOVED the water parks and the pools, and the fact there was always some food she could eat. We liked the quality of the food, and the variety through the week was enough to keep us from getting bored with the food. There are plenty of activities for children, so if you don't want to, you don't need to leave the hotel. If you do want to leave, it's only a short taxi ride to the Aquarium and a dinosaur park (We only visited the aquarium). We could have walked, but that was too hot for us. There is a shopping street in walking distance with a descent super market and some bars and shops. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is recently upgraded and the distance to cross the entire complex is maximum a 3 minute walk, so it's easy to get around.

Like: - Good for families with young children - Many swimming pools with water slides - Good food in All Inclusive restaurant - Friendly staff - Clean Not like: - Family room is poorly decorated - Poor quality food in Asian a la cart restaurant - Many items not included and are to be paid extra, like swimming pool towels, beach beds, etc. - Animation is nice for small children, but good animation for adults is missing. - The drinks were not fruit juices but were tasting like instant made with sugar

A l arriver facture pour mon fils âgé de 12 ne le 14 décembre 2006 hors sur le site propose jusqu a 12 ans gratuit coût de la facture 54 euro j ai trouvé cela inacceptable

Tres bon rapport qualité/prix. Plutot orienté falmille avec des enfants. Nourriture variée et de bonne qualité. Il faudrait ajouter des patins aux chaises car cela amplifie le bruit des salles du restaurant principal... Le personnel est aimable et souriant pour peu qu’on leur dise bonjour et qu’on parle avec eux. Dommage que certaines populations de clients se comportent mal, mais cela se retrouve maintenant partout helas.
