Wonderful helpful family staff who were free to offer advice, great facilities and wonderful sea water pool! easy walk to local restaurants and shops, but far enough away from town so not too busy. GREAT and would recommend for a wonderful family holiday. Thank you so much Yannis and Family! Open air museum opposite is also a fab day out!

Lovely, peaceful hotel with a great pool. The location was nice and quiet yet not too far from restaurants and shops like supermarkets etc. the family that manage the hotel were amazing and were really helpful - thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Crete.

The owners are warm, friendly and helpful; the pool and gardens are lovely; the facilities in the apartments were adequate but not for more than basic cooking which was fine for our needs. The bed was comfortable, we had a fan in our room which was appreciated, the screen doors to keep mosquitos out were very good, lovely sea view from our balcony. Close to the beach and short walk to restaurants and supermarket. Quiet location although some noise from the road and occasional noisy quad bikes passing by but not constant and not enough to be a problem to us. We had a very happy and comfortable stay at Iliostatsi

Pas le meilleur choix pour le pris.

L'appartement est un peux petit pour une famille de 5 personnes, le coin cuisine est minuscule avec pas grand chose pour cuisiner, la douche est toujours inondée car c trop petit avec seulement un rideau, Pas de climatisation le ventilateur est loué pour 1.5 € par jour ainsi que le coffre fort, Vous devez aussi payer pour le parasol et les chaise appartenant à l'hôtel sur la plage, en plus la nuit c'est impossible de dormir avec le bruit du night club de l'hôtel, plus les moustiques malgré les pastilles . La seule bonnes choses c l'endroit près de la plage. On a pris un taxi de l'aéroport tard la nuit pour 25 € alors que l'hôtel vous propose un taxi à 40€.

Lovely family run apartments. Spotlessly clean, regular cleaning service, far enough away from the town to be quiet. Breakfast at the Museum is a must! Overall a great holiday even though the weather wasn't too good at times.

A hidden paradise - Nested by a secret cove

We arrived late night to be greeted by a personalized welcome message. The staff of this family run business are truly nice people who genuinely care about their guests and nothing is left to chance. They fussed over guest needs. Their suggestions of places to go were not based on getting local commission. They ensured the airport shuttle picked us up by the hotel and not a long walk away as was suggested by the driver. The balcony has creeping plants with exotic flowers greeting you for breakfast. There's a lift, clean and bright corridors; the feel of a more expensive hotel. Outside the hotel, I recommend the local 'train' trips, in particular the half day traditional tour. Seriously, if you are seeking a place to party and annoy guests - 'don't' come here - we would 100% come here again - so only nice people should stay!

Хорошее соотношение цена и качество, нареканий ни к чему в отеле нет. Мини кухня действительно очень маленькая, я готовила сама, приноровилась. Отличный бассейн. Прямо рядом несколько пляжей, на любой вкус. Мы чаще всего отдыхали на ближайшем, музейном, там хоть и каменистый вход, но имелось несколько песчаных мелких заводей, в которых чистая вода прогревалась отлично (отдыхали с младенцем). Самое лучшее у этих апартаментов - это их хозяева. Очень добрые, душевные, помогающие во всем. Хочу ещё раз поблагодарить Яниса, Марию и горничную Марьяну за теплоту и помощь. Случилось так, что в день отъезда была жуткая гроза, штормовой ветер, все валилось, летело, вода на улице была по пояс. Несмотря на проблемы в самом отеле, нам помогли во всем. В такое время хозяева с трудом раздобыли для нас такси, Янис промок до нитки, провожая нас, Мария и Марьяна так же накрывали детей, несли зонты))) благодаря их помощи никто из нас не заболел и добрались мы отлично! Несмотря на реальный шторм))

Excellent séjour

Séjour excellent a Iliostasi. La famille qui tient cet établissement est adorable et vous accueille comme un ami. Les chambres sont simples mais très propres et fonctionnelles (même si la douche est minuscule). L'hôtel est seulement à 30m de la plage et à 20min du centre très (trop ?) animé. A recommander !

hotel simple mais acceuillant, personnel très agréable. équipement un peu sommaire en ce qui concerne la kitchenette MAIS TRES BRUYANT car placé entre 2 routes très passantes (quads jusqu'à plus de minuit !!!!!) et situé a proximité d'une "usine à touristes" avec les animations musicales très tard la nuit... L'hotel ne se situe pas sur la plage ainsi que les photos le laissent sous entendre : une route passante à traverser...... Dommage car le négatif est lié à l'environnement et pas à l'hotel lui meme
