The most amazing stay. The view is stunning and the service fantastic. The villas are really top notch. The only thing to avoid is the buffet style dinner. We were shocked at the poor quality given how amazing everything else was. Overall, a beautiful stay and we'd love to come back.

We spent a lovely 12 days at The Nest and couldn’t have wished for a better place to relax and unwind. Perfectly located up on the hill with amazing views and a lovely breeze to take the edge off the heat. The pool area is beautiful with loads of space and sunbeds. So much variety with the food and Greek night on Sunday is a feast. What really sets this place apart is the staff, all of whom are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to friends at the end of our stay. We’ll be back.

Beautiful small boutique hotel Nestled high up in the hills so a car or quad bike is needed. Very chilled. No entertainment or anything so perfect for those who want to relax Downsides were the bed was rock hard and there wasnt a full length mirror. The safe was at the very bottom of the wardrobe so not good if you are elderly or cant bend. It should be put in a better place

We stayed for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom villa. The villas are arranged in 3 rows above the main hotel building, each spaced a good distance apart. The first two rows are accessible by car or a courtesy golf buggy (or walking of course!), but the top row requires climbing a steep flight of steps - something to be aware of if you are traveling with elderly parents as we were. The views even from the lower row is excellent. The villa is entered on the top level, which has a living room and an ensuite bedroom with balconies for both. Down the stairs is the kitchen / dining area with another ensuite bedroom, both with doors onto the pool area. The pool is very large for a private villa pool - long enough to get in some laps if that's your thing. It was warm enough to swim at the beginning of May, but only just. We booked the half board rate. Breakfast was a buffet, with plenty of options including changing hot dishes and local specialities. The only small disappointment was the bread and jams, both of which tasted of very little. Dinner was consistently excellent - each night had a selection of appetizers to share, followed by a choice of 3 mains. There were more than enough options to ensure we didn't have to have the same dish more than once. There is also a good wine list with a selection of Cretan and other wines. Service was also superb, with super friendly staff who were arr of the best we have experienced.

The Nest is perfection. The relaxed vibe with every luxury is just what we needed. The staff are simply wonderful - warm, friendly, thoughtful. I booked a massage at the Spa and it was excellent. Everything we could want or imagine was taken care of and we were so impressed that we returned for our final night on Crete. Highly recommend Halcyon restaurant too - food is exceptional! I will stay here again on my next visit.

I spent 3 days at the nest resort and I had a great stay there! I came during shouder season, one week before the hotel closes for the olive harvest. It was the perfect time for me as there were not many travellers staying at the hotel. The staff was really nice. They were always available to help me whenever I needed help. Thank you to all the hotel staff and particularly Klaudia, Alex and the two gentlemen doing the diner service. The food served at breakfast and diner was delicious. The Nest Resort is one of the best places I've ever stayed. The 2-bedroom villa was incredible - it was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and well-stocked with everything you could need. Having a pool to ourselves was just great. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of local foods to try. The location is nice - it's away from the crowds and you have a sense of serenity around you (although you may want a car if you want to explore). But the best thing was the incredible service - Klaudia and her team were amazing. When we arrived early in the morning we were weary after the overnight ferry, and Klaudia immediately made sure were fed and in our rooms as soon as possible. During our stay, nothing was too much for her - she was so helpful and generous, and it was an absolute pleasure to stay at The Nest.

Wunderbares Resort. Wir hatten die 2 bedroom villa, die nicht nur sehr viel Platz und einen wirklich großen privaten Pool bietet, sondern auch traumhafte Blicke über das Meer. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und sehr gut möbliert, und abends sitzt man auf einem der Balkone und genießt die Aussicht über das beleuchtete Chersonisos und die Bucht. Die Villen stehen mit 10-15 Meter Abstand zueinander, das bringt maximale Privatsphäre. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und haben ein eigenes Bad. Im offenen Wohnzimmer stehen zwei Sofas, die auch als bequeme Betten dienen, so dass hier sechs Personen komfortabel wohnen können. Auch dort gibt es ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Die Mitarbeitenden im Nest sind wunderbare Menschen, die alles getan haben, um uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr ansprechend, es gibt eine große Auswahl und täglich frisch gepressten Orangensaft! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und in der Regel auch abends im Hotel gegessen. In der Nachsaison gab es kein Buffet, sondern à la carte jeden Abend ein Drei-Gänge-Menü. Es war jedesmal sehr lecker. Der kleine Spa-Bereich bietet eine schöne Sauna und ein Dampfbad; die Nutzung erfolgt jeweils exklusiv durch diejenigen, die ihn gebucht haben (je 1,5 Stunden). Leider war das kleine Schwimmbecken wegen Beschädigungen nicht in Betrieb, das hätte es perfekt gemacht. Der große Pool für die Hotelgäste mit seiner Poolbar ist auch sehr schön und bietet einen grandiosen Blick aufs

De eerste indruk van dit hotel is zeer misleidend: het hotel is zeer trendy ingericht maar de beleving was voor ons alles behalve. We hadden dit hotel speciaal gekozen voor de rust maar we kregen een kamer op het niveau van de receptie met een terras in het verlengde van het pad naar het zwembad: je had dus totaal geen rust overdag en geen privacy. Wisselen van kamer, eventueel zelfs met een toeslag, was niet mogelijk. We waren over het algemeen zeer ontgoocheld over ons verblijf vooral gezien de reviews die we hadden gelezen: - kamer niet proper en de badkamer werd geen enkele keer deftig gepoetst tijdens ons 4-daagse verblijf - schimmel aan badkamerraam en zeepdispenser die niet werkte - sauna en hamam echt geen aanrader: er hangt een vieze geur en de tegels van een dompelbad lagen los - ligzetels aan zwembad: randen heel vies van gemorste dranken en onder de ligzetels lag er glas. Handdoeken pas om 11u beschikbaar. - ontbijt: je hebt alles wat je moet hebben, maar de smaken van warme gerechten waren gemiddeld. Ook was er geen vers fruitsap. - ligging hotel: je hebt een auto nodig om naar het strand te gaan.
