"After being assured there was a help line out of hours for any issues, when the machine gave me just one confirmation number instead of two, I called and called and each time to gave recorded messages till finally it cut off. As a result my daughter spent her night on the floor on our room!!! Apparently to get the second room code, the only way is to download confirmation as PDF and then it should appear... Too late to be told that next morning....!!"

"The room was very clean and quiet and the aircon was amazing. Wonderful temperature for sleeping. The pool, sauna and steam room were excellent. The on site bar was great, with a casual vibe and plenty of chairs and parasols given the heatwave. We will definitely be returning."

"I’m giving 3 stars as it a place we stay at before getting early morning ferry. We stay there a number of times and this visit we didn’t enjoy the soups that were on offer! Mine was chicken?? My husband’s was onion?? We didn’t eat it!!"
