โSome rooms need maintenance done to fix items not working or broken but overall the rooms are clean and comfortable. Very quiet and the people staying are friendly. Very safe building and area.โ
โSo I travel 110 days a year minimum and stay in hotels all the time. I get so sick of staying in hotels. When I found this place I was so happy to have a change of scenery. โVery nice property, we had a great stay overall. We visited the area for the first time to see the Finger Lakes and all the wonderful waterfalls - surprise - the summer has been very dry so the waterfalls were water trickles - still wonderful sights - just disappointed a bit.
The hotel / bed was a bit of an issue since the fitted sheet on our King size bed did not fit correctly and would slid off and bunch up during the night as you move - frustrating and hard to sleep. โ
โThe hotel and room were spotless and well maintained. The room smelled fresh and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am very picky about my hotels and I would definitely stay here again!โ
