Clean room. The check-in staff found an issue with my reservation. Actually, they found out I reserved it 3 times. They canceled two and reversed charges.

Split Rock Resort
Room was adequate but very old, bathroom food didn’t close, AC and heating was temperamental. We have been staying at Split Rock for more than 20 years now and they need to invest a bit more into the facility.
