“The staff members present were very friendly. But the hotel must have been understaffed. Our beds were not changed in 5 days, not made up even. The trash cans were not emptied and we had to ask for towels on one occasion. The a/c made horrible noises during the night and dripped moisture into the carpet.”

밤에 옆방에서 엄청나게 크게 음악을 틀어 놓았는데, (새벽 3시까지) 잠을 제대로 자기 힘들었음.
코로나 이후로 호텔의 관리, 유지 보수가 잘 안되고 있는것으로 보임. 이후 호텔은 다른 호텔로 갈 예정임.
아침 메뉴도 코로나 때문이라지만, 기존의 코트야드의 아침에 비하면 너무 부실함.”
“Me encantó el hotel, no sé porqué no lo hice antes! Visito NC para ver a mi hija que estudia en Davidson y la cercanía me encantó, amamos que teníamos frente frente al hotel tantas opciones para almorzar, supermercado cerca, indoor playground para los niños jugar, incluso hasta salón de belleza! Quedamos encantados con lo inmensa que era la habitación que nos tocó. Quedamos complacidos con el desayuno que ofrecieron. Sí me hubiera gustado que la piscina tuviera calentador oh al menos encendido...
“Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful.”
“We loved the Timberlake touches at the restaurant, the quiet restful ambiance, and the lovely property overall. Our room was disappointing in that parking was full and room was tired. No view.”
“The cabin was great for our stay. It was roomy and had anything you might need. Location was convenient to Athol where we were visiting friends. The cabin was decorated with cute country and antique decor. Yard was perfect for sitting outside and letting my dog out to potty. Secluded, wooded area on an apple farm. Great sunrises and reflective sunsets. Absolutely loved our stay here.”
