The property is walkimg distance to the Payne Arena. So if you have a concert there it is very convenient. The breakfast was basic. The only bad thing is there was no microwave in the room so that was a big problem!

Well for it to be a nice hotel they said they had breakfast and i definitely wouldn't have called what they offered . Then the bath towels was more like the size of a rag extremely small , 2 of them did well to dry me. So that made me feel like if they was cutting corners on all that what else was there. And i was only there one night thank goodness

No working data port, bed was comfortable.
One of the things I was looking for was a wired internet connection so I could work from my room. The data port mentioned in their amenities did not work. The outlets closest to the desk were covered by a large mirror on the wall. For the usual items, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. It was clean. There was no coffee maker in the room, but it was equipped with a working microwave and refrigerator. Would I stay here again? Not likely. The main selling point for me was the wired internet access. Otherwise it's too far from my dentist to justify the extra drive in the morning. Breakfast was cereal with milk, bread for toasting and parkay and jam for toppings, regular coffee and orange juice.
