We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brilliant Jade Suites, which boasted an ideal location overlooking Hoan Kim lake and was just a short walk from the old quarter. These suites only had a total of six rooms and it was very relaxing. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with Robin, Huy, Mie, and Otis standing out for their exceptional service. They made our stay extra special. They even took care of our breakfast needs on days when we had early morning tours. We definitely recommend these service suites to anyone staying in Hà Nội.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was attentive and spoke English quite well. Everything was fantastic I enjoyed staying there four nights and it was a perfect Oasis from the beautiful Madness that is Hanoi

Overpriced! I only paid for the location.

Exceptional Stay right in the Heart of Hanoi Apricot Hotel boasts a prime location right across from Hoan Kiem Lake, making it incredibly convenient to explore the Old Quarter and local attractions. The hotel features a beautiful classic luxury style with elegant decor throughout. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A special thanks to the staff for being so warm, attentive, and helpful during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!
