“Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times.
Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more...

“Wir waren 2 Nächte über das Seenachtsfest da. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut 10/10. Es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und dauerhaft mit Strom versorgt. Die Betten sind bequemer als unser eigenes. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rhein und zwischen zwei guten italienischen Restaurants. Direkt gegenüber gibt es ein ECenter um Einkäufe zu erledigen. Parken kann man im Parkhaus gegenüber für 14€/Tag.”

"The reception has been so kind for any request. However, the elevator has stopped while I was in there... and they didn't notice the customers not to use the elevator before it is being repaired. The room condition was not clean. I found a lot of dusts on the table and inside the toilet. The hair dryer was also dirty incluing the dust... I am doubtful about this 4 Stars hotel.. "
