โVery decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times.
Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more...
โWir waren 2 Nรคchte รผber das Seenachtsfest da. Das Frรผhstรผck ist sehr gut 10/10. Es gibt eine schรถne Dachterrasse. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und dauerhaft mit Strom versorgt. Die Betten sind bequemer als unser eigenes. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rhein und zwischen zwei guten italienischen Restaurants. Direkt gegenรผber gibt es ein ECenter um Einkรคufe zu erledigen. Parken kann man im Parkhaus gegenรผber fรผr 14โฌ/Tag.โ
โPrima volta in questa struttura per una notte dopo aver visitato Costanza e per proseguire alle cascate del Reno. E' una struttura che fa parte di un complesso anche museale (soggiornava Napoleone) e di scuola agraria. Bellissimo posto, vista magnifica sul lago e pace + tranquillitร . Molto comodo anche il "self service per caffรจ, beveraggi vari aperto H24. Personale supergentile e professionale! Ci ritornero'.โ

"The reception has been so kind for any request. However, the elevator has stopped while I was in there... and they didn't notice the customers not to use the elevator before it is being repaired. The room condition was not clean. I found a lot of dusts on the table and inside the toilet. The hair dryer was also dirty incluing the dust... I am doubtful about this 4 Stars hotel.. "
