"The Staff very helpful, assist with getting trolly tickets and bldg walking distance to Ntl Shrine of Mary. (Really liked on- off trolly option)Beds very comfortable and the breakfast fresh and many options. Clean, and GREAT showers."

I notified 3 people that the entrance lights were out but no one ever corrected the problem. Bathroom is separated by a shower curtain from bed. Wi-Fi is weak. Advertised breakfast but discontinued. Falsely advertised rooms seen on website may not be what you get. I would never book this place again."

Not to mention a heavy freight train is passing every single hour, just outside the window, also during the night. A/c unit had also fallen out of the wall and the walls had splashes of unknown substances. This might be the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Left as early as possible following morning. "
