From our first correspondence she was extremely helpful, interactive, wanting our stay to be as comfortable as possibe. "Check in was more difficult than it should be. The property is not a part of the actual hotel, so you can’t check it with the lobby counter. Instructions weren’t as clearly communicated and took us a while to get the keys. "
