"I have been in worst. The bed made to much noise when I move and the water pressure was low. I was at the 1st floor the second floor was a party two night in a row until 1045. O informes the front desk they the best they can do to stop the kids jump around the room over me. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable, but the bathroom lighting was pretty dim. The bright spot of my visit was Delores at the front desk. She made me feel like family! She's so sweet and helpful. I hope she gets some sort of recognition for kindness. She is what that hospitality industry needs!!!"

"Llegue al Lugar con una reserva desde enero,no me enviaron el Correo para la asignación de cabaña ,no había in personal q me resolviera estaba com una menor se edad y le dio una crisis xq se asustó no teníamos donde dormir tube q Salir Del Lugar y buscar otro hotel q me descompleto mi presupuesto son los peores "

"The night shift Guy was awesome but let me tell you that the next morning I got up I went out to breakfast. I came home and when I got there, my door keys didn’t work. I then made my way out to the front desk clerk, and when I gave her my ID. She said that my name is nowhere to be found in the system with that itinerary number. They would not let me in my room for two hours, and I had to call the law for them to do that because they said somebody else’s name was on my reservation that I checked in the night before. Extremely dissatisfied and I want a refund."

"This hotel has a great location. Quiet and very pet friendly. The staff was helpful beyond anything I've ever experienced."
