"Just an overall bad stay. Horrible customer service. When I get to the hotel I get there and they gave my room to another person with the same last name. Not the same fist name same last name! Waited 2 hours to finally get my room. Then they charge me for the other person stay and mine. Since it was all under my card!!! When I go ask to speak to the manager they tell me he’s out of town for the next month. She tells me, Can’t do anything about it! Then she literally, says “next”!!! While I was there!! Do not stay here!! To make things worse it is not clean!"

"Wish it had a shower instead of tub. The commode was very low almost like a child's. The toilet tissue holder was behind you and very hard to use. The a/c was not turned on when we got to the motel which was not normal. When we mentioned that we were not sure if the a/c was functioning properly, the women at the front desk got offensive, was very unfriendly and didn't speak very good English. The other male front desk employees the other 2 days were very friendly. The ice machine did not have a rug in front of it and the water on the floor was very slippery. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean. Parking was great."
