Small pool but was clean and nice view of ocean. Also I think you can only valet you vehicle which could get expensive if you are there multiple nights in addition to reset fees. It Was $75 extra for fees and valet plus tips for 1 night. Was satisfied w resort for the one night airport stay. "

"We loved our 7-night stay at Hilltop vacation rental! We had the economy room with a view of the ocean and it was very cool to wake up to the sun rising. The room was clean, there was a shower and bathroom and all of the necessary essentials for our stay—coffee maker, small fridge, etc…The parking was a bit tight, but our rental Jeep fit into the parking spots! "The three of us were very comfortable in suite 1 with the little twin window bed. The sound of the ocean drowned out the songs of the coqui frogs. It was a great location to see the sights on the Hilo side. The breakfast was amazing: fresh fruit, French toast or coconut pancakes, eggs to order, and juice.
