Nice and Quite

The property is located in a gated resort. It is very nice and quite. The rooms are good size and the deck/balcony is very nice. We enjoy our time there very much.

Do not stay here til upgraded and cleaned

Carpet was stained throughout. Spiders all over the ceiling. Kitchen sink didn't drain. Closet door was hanging on one hinge, and fell off. Blanket in master bedroom had holes and stained. Very old condo. Needs upgraded. Evian itself is nice but I tried to communicate with Vrtrips about these issues and the taped cup! They expected kids to use and dirty silverware and got zero response as well as zero response on parking pass issue. I have stayed at shipyard for 22 yrs and this is the first bad condo experience
