First room we were allocated was disgustingly filthy, muld on bathroom wall and floor, peeling ceramic coating on sink ,no sink plug. Carpet stained and bedsheets dis not look to have been changed . Native Manchester
The hotel has really gone downhill compared to our stay 2 years ago At check in room not ready No bar restaurant all closed off No cleaning in room - stayed 2 nights and just left fresh towels inside door Overall very disappointed - must be something better as Manchester was rocking!
