Staff was very friendly, quiet rooms, clean room with 2 queen beds, breakfast included, and convenient to get to Jasper National Park (25 minute drive)--much more expenaive to stay in Jasper, so the drive was no problem. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The room wasnt very soundproof, could hear people in work boots walking above us the majority of the night. Alarms from the keyless entry in the hallway going off, loud fridge and air conditioner in room. Smelt like smoke even though they are non-smoking rooms. The free breakfast was had terrible options and wasn't worth the savings on hotel to get the free meal. The staff was friendly and gave us 4 extra pillows, cleaned and restocked our room. We believe they have you prepay for the room so that you stay. Convenient location with Tim Hortons across the street. Pet friendly and comfy beds. Outdated, but overall an okay weekend stay.
