"Property itself was great and spacious. The check-in instructions were a little confusing, but we were able to check in and check out without much trouble. The only problem was communicating if we needed anything - we ran out of body wash and we left a note on our door because staff would come by and collect garbage and old towels. "This was the best stay in my current Japan trip with my family and friends! With a group of 7, the space never felt small and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to attractions and restaurants. The morning breakfasts and home stay in omakase were fantastic and delicious. Also, the in house baths were beautiful and amazing. "

Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs

10/10 Excellent

"The rooms were big and comfy, the onsen was also really relaxing. My only concern was there was no ice bath to cool off in but other than that it was very nice. They offer free ice pops as well which was amazing. The massage chairs however were always occupied so we didn't get to use them. The pillows and mattress are also very firm but surprisingly we would wake up with no back pain. In terms of closeness, it's about a 5 minute walk from Kyoto station. We really enjoyed our stay here regardless"

"We stayed her overnight after arriving to Osaka from a long flight. The hotel was very close to the train station and Dontobori, easily walkable to both. Great dining, shopping, and entertainment close by. The room was simple, quiet, clean and comfortable and just what we needed to get a good nights rest. The toiletries in the lobby are great and make your skin feel refreshed and moisturized. Breakfast had plenty of diverse options and was worth it for the one night that we stayed. "

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful hotel. Our room was huge and appeared brand new. It was immaculate with far reaching city views. The housekeeping was excellent and unobtrusive. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine. It was completely silent with true blackout blinds and we slept so well in the super king bed. It was a little walk to Namba station but through the attractive covered shopping and restaurant arcade. I highly recommend this hotel. "
