"I would like to give this a good review because the pools and beaches were amazing but I can’t because the room was dirty with brown spots everywhere, there was a roach outside our door so I’m thinking roach feces, the room smelled like mold and mildew and we were eaten by mosquitoes while sleeping. The food at most the restaurants was terrible, including the food trucks. My wife survived off the breakfast buffet which was great. I became terribly sick with food poisoning the day before leaving (no I didn’t drink the water) and it lasted 6 days total. That wasn’t the worst of it though.. the people and staff relentlessly try to sell you things, they don’t let you relax, they will wake you up if you are sitting in a beach chair, they will stop you while you are walking to the pool, beach, restaurants and anywhere else. If you weren’t in the pool or in the ocean someone was trying to sell you something. The same guy would stop us every morning on the way to breakfast trying to convince us to hear his pitch on an investment opportunity. Safe to say we won’t be returning, which does suck because the scenery, ocean and pools were great."
