The used towels were never removed throughout our entire stay. We were told it was because we were in our room...we were gone from 11am to 9pm daily. "

"The hotel and the room are beautiful. So many little details to make your stay more comfortable. My only complaint would be the shower. There is no way to take a shower without getting the floor wet. I like the design of the shower, but the opening needs to be smaller. "

"This was an amazing stay. Walls are paper thin so you can hear the people in the room next to you. But other than that I have no complaints at all. The staff was super friendly and the valet attendants were amazing. The security were also super friendly. 9.85/10!!! Highly recommend!!"
