Staff was nice. Room was clean, smaller than expected. The bathroom door was odd, the way it opened inwards was inconvenient, same with the shower door. The closet is in the bathroom which can be inconvenient. The water in the sink did not go down, it was plugged and I couldn’t unplug it , plus the AC didn’t see to work but that could’ve been resolved by asking staff. It felt more like a budget stay but it was not a budget price. Unfortunately my least fav stay during our trip.

We came and went from this hotel a couple times during our stay while visiting other surrounding city’s near Ho Chi Minh and requested to keep the same room we originally have been staying at since it had 2 rooms connecting through a bathroom, and at first the staff was so friendly and helpful and was able to put us in the same room when we came back, but when returning for a final time, we suddenly got our room switched and was put into a smaller room where we barely had any room to put our things, and when I asked the front desk if we could be moved back to our old room since thats what we requested and paid for they said we couldn’t and that there was no note of us requesting the same room (the same girls we asked before leaving for the same room) and said that the rooms were basically the same(not). While requesting for our room to be switched back I received attitude from not only the 2 receptionists but also the room cleaning guy as he was just sitting there giving me dirty looks for even asking. The bathrooms were a bit weird with frosted glass as walls and door. The bathroom door has no lock and could be open from either side which was weird. And the window viewing into the room from the shower had a curtain that was covered in mold. The rooms that aren’t balcony’s have absolutely no view whatsoever since all the windows are fully frosted over and unable to be opened. Breakfast was ok at best with a decent spread of foods. The security guard is amazing though.

The hotel was just on the outskirt of district 1, which has the popular Ben Thanh market. You could tell you were in a different neighborhood. There was trash around the hotel. The shops began to be father away from the next. The lobby of the hotel looks like one from a bigger hotel. Very helpful security guard. Our room, with 2 twin beds, was clean and petite. The shower was great. The lavatory was affected by the overall petite nature of the room.

My restroom is unsafe. You can easy hit yourself in the head or trip over, due to the door is not open all the way. I m in room 705. The reception work on Monday night was very rude and very disrespectful to me and my friends. My friend come visit me and I bring things to my friend. We did inform him before my friend go up to my room that my friend pick up things and my friend is not staying over. We just got into the room. The reception called my room and asked me again. I have not see something like that other hotel I stay in. I m talking 3 to 5 stars hotel. I m not recommended this hotel if you have friends or relatives visit you
