Excellent stay. Location is great, amenities are great. The pool was very very nice. Ms. Chau, was very communicative and polite and helpful. Everything went very smooth. I would highly recommend this apartment. Very very convenient.

Chau Apartments is really close to many places, and the neighborhood is good for walking (Vinh Khanh Street is within walking distance.) Everything was clean and comfortable in the apartment and the pool was awesome after a hot afternoon! Also, Ms Chao responded very quickly with answers to questions and provided lots of helpful information!

We stayed here for our first week in HCM and it was a great location for us to get around and settle in. The host is very communicative and any questions I had were answered very quickly. As well, there were recommendations of what was in the area. We would not hesitate at all to stay again.

I’ve stay at many places in Saigon, and this was one of the best places to stay. The apartments were clean, the pool was nice, location is great and there’s a 7/11 downstairs that’s open 24/7 for anything you might need, and a pharmacy as well. Chau is an AMAZING host. I will be recommending this location to people I know. She is very sweet and responds quickly. 10/10 would recommend, I would vote more than 5 stars if possible!!

Great bang for buck near d1..

I solo trip to vietnam quiet often... chau chau makes it very easy for me.. i used to book hotels only but now i get a full apartment and just as cheap for a better spot...its not noisy because its over the water and not far from d1.. shes very responsive on zalo.. ty . .

Chau’s apartment was clean and comfortable, and it’s located in a quiet neighborhood just across the bridge from District 1. Most of the popular attractions in District 1 were easily walkable. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend her apartment when visiting Saigon.

Chau chau was excellent in communication.. no issues...cleanliness, spot on... only issue is that their tv is minimal for english channels.. but they had hbo and cinemax..also i have netflix so it wasnt an issue...overall i will definitely use them again ... i stayed for a total time of 2-3 weeks maybe longer idk... great place for reasonable price

Chau and staff were very quick to answer and respond to any questions I had. The room was perfect for a short 3 night stay. Most of the tourist hot spots are within a 20 minute walking distance so very easy to find anything you like.
