Fantastic boutique hotel! The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced—Katy, Nelly, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to provide recommendations and fix any issues that arose. The room was as described with a wonderful view of the Ben Thanh market. It’s in a great location with many attractions within walking distance. We loved it so much that we’re rebooking this hotel after we returning from travel in the North. (Oh, and the breakfast selection is phenomenal.)

The location is excellent. Although the property is not so large, the staff were extremely courteous, specially Kati at the front desk. The rooftop pool is quite small in case you plan to swim. Breakfast spread is decent. It's between a 3 and 4 star and not a 5 star for sure.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff didn’t just welcome us.they treated us as family right away. The staff? Warm is an understatement. Every small gesture from Nelly, Evelyn, Andy, Thoi and the rest of the staff, felt like love in action. Our stay was beyond magical. Saigon is already vibrant and an unforgettable city but because of the hotel team, it became a little more like home. The highlight was most definitely the staff. Really accommodating and super friendly. My friend wasn't well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that she was well looked after medically. Cannot rate them high enough. The facilities weren't all available. No gym and sauna as the hotel only just recently opened. Understandably Great value for money, perfect location right in the heart of the city

What the stay? Hands down….I would like to shout out to any tourist near and far, everything about this hotel is above and beyond. the staffs always go extra miles to make sure you feel warm and comfy right the moment you made a footstep on the entrance. From complimentary drinks to the luggages handling to the door of your room, they’re completely well trained. It never be enough words to describe how pleased we are since we were staying in. Absolutely & highly recommended to all friends & families, I’ll definitely come back when we will be in town again. haven’t mentioned the food, it is the best. I have been almost 100 hotels in TPHCM city, most expensive one to rural decent hotel. This is the best by far.
