When I come for work to Saigon , I won’t stay anywhere else. This is like my 4th time staying at La Siesta Premium Saigon and I always feel so special and like genuine family upon arrival. I was upgraded to a very quiet room ( the staff know I have sleep/jet lag issues) and highly appreciate everything offered to me. All the staff always remember me and they are awesome. BIG KUDOS again to Miss Chloe for leaving me chamomile tea in my big room for my sleep issues and all the little extras and support; and to Miss Sammy, Miss Thi and Miss Mai for all the extra efforts and answering my crazy questions and requests. The reception always comes thru for anything I need ( color copies, suggestions to where to get little red stools haha, letting me show them my new helmet purchase LOL) . I used the Twilight skybar for another client meeting which was great. I have used many hotels in HCMC, but the La Siesta really feels like home because of Miss Chloe and all of the front office staff ( like seriously all the staff ) They even allowed me to shower on their 11th floor for my redeye flight ! And I know they treat all their clients the same way as I have referred two different colleagues to the hotel and they say they were treated excellent as well. And I much prefer staying in this area for all the food! Thank you again to the hotel staff for EVERYTHING, for all the gifts ( Thank you Chloe!!!) I appreciate and love all of it! See you all hopefully in October!

Very central boutique hotel. Rooms are moderately sized but modern and well equipped. Good restaurant on top floor for hotel guests albeit pricier than eating out. Excellent pool and lounges on 11th floor and a spectacular sky bar above it looking out over Ho Chi Minh City.

Could not recommend this hotel enough. It is in an excellent location. So you can easily walk to all of the main tourist.attractions. And tour companies will pick you up from here. There are a wide variety of restaurants and bars around the hotel. But none better than the hotels skybar with stunning views and beautiful cocktails. The bed was so comfortable and we had everything we needed in our room. Amazingly . Although the hotel is in a lively area. It waa very quiet on a night and I had no problems sleeping. The breakfast was extremely good. With a wide variety of very well prepared items on the buffet and also a cooked to order menu. Even though we were here for 13 nights . We were never bored with the breakfast. And had something different every day. But. The best thing of all here is the incredibly kind. Friendly,helpful and courteous staff. There were no weak links. Everyone really stood out. You were made to feel very welcome immediately on arrival. And throughout our stay we were constantly asked if there was anything they could help us with. Absolutely fabulous team. I really could not recommend this hotel enough. I wouldn't hesitate to return here or recommend to friends and family. I cant think of anything negative to say.

From the welcome drink to the drop off at the airport, and everything in between, my stay here was 100 percent exceptional. I highly recommend. Service was absolutely phenomenal even above and beyond normal Vietnamese hospitality. I got great recommendations for local eats, tours were booked, and driver service to and from the airport without a problem. At the buffet breakfast, the waitstaff remembered my coffee order, suggested new dishes I could try, and even brought me some local Vietnamese fruits to try. The food was also great - their fruit purveyor was very good and the beef pho, congee, and chicken was delicious. My room was also great. It was clean and updated, and they even offered pillow options and ear plugs and eye masks to help with a good night’s sleep. I used the gym in the basement which was nearly empty so it felt like a private gym. It was also stocked with water and towels. The view from the rooftop is also pretty cool. I loved my stay and wish I could have stayed longer! If I come back to Ho Chi Minh, I am definitely staying here again!
