1ヶ月近く滞在しましたが、部屋を２回替わりました。
一日目だけミンスアパートメントに宿泊でしたが、鏡は割れ、お風呂の排水溝は詰まっており、清潔感にかけていました。
次の日、オーナーさんは急用が出来て故郷に戻らないといけないからとのことで、別のオーナーさんの部屋に移動(同じ敷地内の別の棟)。その部屋は清潔でスタッフの対応も親切でよかったです。
ホーチミン滞在期間中、友達が私を訪ねて同じくミンスアパートメントを予約しましたが、チェックイン時にオーナーと連絡が取れず、やむなくキャンセルをし別のホテルを急遽手配しました。
価格は手ごろですが、二度と使うことは無いと思います。
