Hoa Phuong Thao

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
We booked a 4 bedroom apartment 6 months in advanced. We were told on the day of that they did not have any 4 bedroom apartment available and split my family into 2 bedroom apartments in a complete different building that the one we booked. 2 out of 3 air conditioning units were not working. 1 out of 2 toilets did not flush. There was a dead cockroach next to my children’s bed and the bedrooms were infested with aunts. Contacted hotels.com and the property for a refund with no success. Never will I book this property again. Ruined our vacation.
