Best ever in Vietnam

This is the best place I stayed at in Vietnam District one very close to everything very convenient very clean the apartment that I have was very, very nice. I enjoyed it a lot. I will always be staying at this apartments when I get to Vietnam I would recommend it to everybody.

Right in the busy economically dynamic downtown of HCM within walking distance of a park, museum of Vietnam Remnants. Clean apartment and the manager was immediately responsive when we showed up for check-in. Recommended if you need to be in downtown.

Better than expected

First time renting an apartment for my stay in Vietnam. It was better than I expected. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living space. Easy to find and access plus good location. Close walk to walking street. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants something different than a hotel.

Do not book if you value sleep. The bed is very uncomfortable. It is rock hard platform. The apartment was not as clean. Be sure to purchase extra toilet paper for the apartment. Otherwise the location is great. The two bed room and living area was spacious for my family of four. Would not book here again only because of the uncomfortable bed. Also the check in process is not smooth. Preferred if property manager provided the apartment access sooner than waiting in the lobby to be contacted.

This agency has over 50 apartments in the building so the pictures you see might not be what you actually find. Our apartment was clean and the location is pretty good but it didn’t look anything like the pictures, it was not decorated, there were random holes in the walls, no door or curtain on the shower etc. Overall our stay was fine but the pictures are definitely misleading.
