Not a recommended place for foreign stay

Superior Room with No Window, Not well ventilation, Room Air con not cool, TV installed very high near ceiling, door lock mechanism faulty, No writing desk, wooden chairs without cushion, No food serve, Strictly 1130am check in as we reached there about 10am very humid/tired after flight-Reception is the Boss with No customer service & exception type, Lobby area No Air-Con, Poor lighting (dim), Renovation at the top floor with daily from 8am (intermediate Tapping, Drilling, Knocking, foot steps....) can be heard which we considered as our morning call.
