As long as you don’t mind the ants or city noise, honestly a solid option for the price . And the area is close to lots of vocally priced vendors and food ! Love this area vs the tourist areas !

The hotel itself is fine but its 5 km from tourist area(district1) buses are tourist unfriendly.taxis ripped us off.we got various tours of pointlessness with them telling us .yes.this way and thd meter running upn up.a fare that should have been about £5. OFTEN COST 10 TO 15.honest to god we were robbed blind.use the green uniformed Grab motorbike taxis.negotiste the fare first and they will deliver you,sometimes two on s bike,to where you want to go.saigon taxi drivers will cheat you and smile as they do it.get a central hotel and walk.saigon is great and its warm and friendly.cu chi tunnels is a must.

I was put in a room that is away from a big street. The room is perfect size and no odor. Staff were extremely welcoming and the place is decent to stay if you’re looking for a good price for a bed and a shower. Around the corner were lots of food places just like anywhere else in Asia. Close to the airport.
