Return stay at the Old Woolstore & as last time, was not disappointed! Professional, friendly staff, the best eye fillet steak I’ve ever had & perfectly placed for both public transport & wandering around Hobart. Can’t wait to return for another trip!

I loved that it was close to walk to lots of places including the ferry. It was quiet in the rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, just my preference. I would definitely stay there again. If you are traveling by car pay the extra for the parking on site it is so convenient.

The receptionist told me it was my fault that I couldn’t get through on the phone when I pressed the phone number on the booking confirmation. She said I should have dropped the 61 and put in a 0 before the 3. Interesting that I didn’t need to do that for other hotels in the area. She basically tried to make me feel like I was the idiot. I will never stay there again and I come to Hobart a lot. It is o my an average hotel, similar to a motel in a country town, and terrible customer service.
