"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "This hotel is truly one of a kind. I love how it preserves its charming, antiquated design while still offering a modern touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. On our last night, we dined at the restaurant and were so impressed with the food that we asked to meet the chef—hats off to Chef Christian! Mario, the restaurant manager, along with his team, delivered outstanding service and went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this place—an easy A++++!"
