"I found cockroaches in my bathroom. They even got into the shower when my son was showering. I took pictures and a video. I very kindly and quietly approached the front desk and spoke with a very nice young lady who promised me a call from the manager immediately. I never received a call. I then emailed the hotel with details and requesting at the very least a response, and I still received nothing. Not a single word. I have worked in the hotel industry. I would have refunded my stay immediately and apologized and taken care of this issue but this hotel management did NOTHING. Very disappointing. "

"Parking was easy and secure. It is very quiet at night and we slept well there. The hotel is a bit dated and the amenities simple, but the price reflects that and overall it represents a good value if you want to stay in the Sublimity/Stayton area. If you are used to 4 and 5 star hotels you may not like it, but it is plenty adequate for us simple folk."

"The front desk staff at check in was great. The room was ok, definitely needed some upgrades. The noise in the hallway literally all night is was ruined it. They put us on the 3rd floor because “it was the quietest floor.” There were people running up and down the hall yelling. It was the worst noise in a hotel I’ve ever experienced. "
