โA steady clean hotel away from the hustle of the city centre. The staff were super friendly, special mention to Kiran on the check in desk.
The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area.
The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didnโt use them as Iโd used a gym in the city prior to arrival. The restaurant area had a nice feel to it even...

โThis accommodation is located within ten-minute walk from the Preston rail station. There is a famous park nearby. Fancy restaurant 'Aven' was also in the hotel. The staff was kind, and everything there was very
clean. It has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms enough for two of us. The most fantastic thing was that the speed of wifi was great. I was happy while staying there. โ

โEntrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.โ
โThe room was very nicely furnished out. The one down side was the view of room!! The breakfast was very good. The amenities werenโt used but will return to do so in the near future. The staff in all areas of the hotel were amenable to requests. Thank you โ
