โThis hotel is a great value for the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is right next to the train station and an easy walk to shopping and the Brighton Palace Pier. The facility is clean and well managed, and the beds were very comfortable. I am planning another trip for next spring or summer to take my daughter to Brighton with me and will likely stay there again.โ

โThe hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels!
The room itself was spacious, clean and with a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. I would definitely stay there again.โ
โVery cute accommodation. Clean and modern! But be aware that communicating with them is impossible. I tried reaching out to them through the website comment page, two times through the Expedia chat, and I also called and left a phone message once without a call back. โ
โThe Metropole has been refurbished by Hilton and was far better than I expected. The rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable and the beds are great. Breakfast buffet was very good despite being very busy.โ
โEasy comms with the host. Location super convenient. Room clean (some wear & tear to be expected) Was able to purchase parking permit with ease through host. Enjoyed some time in the adjoining pub also run by property host who were very attentive and helpful. โ
โIt's an old building with character. The staff are very helpful and one is always met with a smile. Rooms are very clean with comfy beds. I stayed here in march and enjoyed my stay so came back to stay again. โ

Actually, I canโt say โIt was a nice hotelโ.. Even though the location was not quite far from Brighton station, the room was โdustyโ, the floor was clean though. the breakfast was soso except a yogurt. the whole satisfaction is intermediate. โ
