โGreat kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.โ
โStaff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only had one hiccup. Miss understanding about the shuttle service. But we addressed the problem & Ballyโs makes it right.
Room was a bit small & thereโs no fridge or microwave. But other than that we had a very pleasant experience. My husband & I were extremely impressed with the staff. ๐๐๐โ
โJanice is a wonderful host! The house was great! Breakfast's were very tasty (she even fried special eggs for my husband). Make sure if you go there to eat at Sammy's across the street (it was so good, we ate there 3 times. Also Mike the tiger was a highlight (he seems to be active and playful in the mornings). I would definitely stay there again and recommend it!โ
โUpon arrival check in was great. Booked a room on the third floor which was clean but had roaches. Front desk immediately came up to room with keys for another room. Ask me if they could see the bug and said that room would be exterminated. Moved to a higher floor and had no issues. Be prepared to pay for parking. โ
โThe best part of the trip was the comfort of the bed. It's like sleeping on air, but now the food at breakfast was a different story. I wouldn't even let my dog eat breakfast there.โ
