"No reception area and no direct contact with hotel employees for help. We stayed on the hot warning days and they didnt provide portable fans to help with this situation. Also, there we too much noisy and smoking people at late night. No control and security. The restaurant provide ice cubes and charge 5 euros, because is not their business We don’t recommend this hotel. We will file a claim."
