Good - Clean rooms and bathrooms - Quick service and housekeeping - Good lawn at back side Not Good - Rooms did not have any good view and were close to reception and parking - It was noisy during night and early morning due to checkin / checkout and rooms not having proper noise isolation - No dorm facility for driver "

"As already raised via case number 100327325 as you ppl were not able to address my concerns with respect to the quality of the accomodation provided inspite of repared follow ups there was no response from the team hence please refund the entire amount of booking. I paid around 8500 INR for a property which is not even worth 500 INR . I do not expect expedia to have tie ups with such property. "

"Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom. The hall was a mess, cluttered with old boxes, and the outdoor chairs were wet and surrounded by garbage. To make matters worse, there was a dangerous leak above the stairs. Staff are very polite and warm and mr kishan the chef went out of his way with his team members to cater to my culinary requirements. I had stayed there 10 years back and it has only necome better."

"Excellent Hotel wot great staff. food was awesome. The only negative was we are lunch outside at 2pm, and we passed our table twice, at 5pm and 6pm, and we noticed that it had not been cleaned. Even the bow that my pet had used was not washed till evening."
