6/10 Okay

"Positives: the AC was crisp and cold, the staff was very helpful, the elevated surfaces (table top, sink, etc) were clean. The shower’s water pressure was great and I felt safe in the hotel. Needs improvement: The floor was not very clean. When I accidentally dropped something, I noticed a lot of pet hair on the carpet. There were stains and burns as well. It felt fine for a solo adult traveler without animal hair allergies, but I’d not want a smaller kid crawling on the carpet. That being said, this met my needs and was completely fine for them. If this is in your budget and you’re not allergic to animals (or if you need a place to stay with them maybe?), this is totally fine."

"The bed was extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. The room was clean though, TVs worked. The AC was 2 different units(we had a suite) both controlled by the same thermostat on the wall and unfortunately the bedroom did not cool off. Breakfast was good, there was an elderly man working it and he was so helpful. The toilet seat kept slipping when you sat on it and the lid was super heavy but otherwise all worked."

"I had reserved a 2 bed stay 4 months in advance. Got in at 2 am only to find out they had overbooked. They only had 1 room left with one bed. All hotels were booked in the area due to multiple events happening.... I asked for management they said there are no managers on call at night or on weekends. I asked for solutions and they had none. I asked if I could put one of the small couches from the lobby into the room to sleep on (as I have an autoimmune condition that causes me deep pain as it is) and he said he would call the cops if I moved the couch and they were out of rollaways. So in the end I had to sleep on the floor (which was dirty (they did bring me several pillows and blankets) but that did little to ease the discomfort. Needless to say I did not sleep at all that night but at least my other traveling partner did as their needs were greater so I gave them the only bed. The next day the staff continued to be very rude but did finally call a manager who basically said all they could offer was 20.00 off my bill. Awful experience for sure"

"I really wanted to enjoy the time here. But this property was not well maintained. The room was really dirty. There was hair and garbage in a corner of the bathroom. The shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. You get 4 waterpark towels that are paper thin. First night was constant loud banging and stomping for hours well into midnight. The icing on the cake was the 2 staples my 6yo had to have put in his head during an ER visit after slipping and falling hitting his head on one of the water slides. He was not running. He simply turned around and out came his foot from underneath him. The waterpark floors are slippery and need to be monitored and fixed with better gripping. I will not be back. For the price you pay, it is not worth it at all. Oh and lastly, it was right before we checked out, I showered and went to blow dry my hair. The blow dryer started sparking and making a very loud sound. Had to quickly unplug it to get it to stop. Let front desk know and they said they would have maintenance look at it. Overall, there are way nicer places to stay in Billings. Don’t let the waterpark entice you. While the kids might love it, the place is a mess and needs much better cleaning and maintenance."
