The hotel served our purposes well. Room was clean & in good condition. The air con was a bit too much for me as I feel the cold, and could have done with the option of an extra blanket as the duvet was very thin.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. A little rough around the edges, but makes up for it with a super convenient location next to the convention centre. Only real complaint is that the breakfast food quality wasn't what I'd expect of a Novotel, a great range but many of the food items were passable at best in taste/texture.

Great time in Hong Kong staying here

Hotel is in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants and the MTR station. Decent interconnecting rooms with safes and excellent air conditioning. Rooms were clean with comfy beds. There’s a good gym and swimming pool. Staff were very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

Novotel Hong Kong Hotel provides nice, affordable rooms with excellent breakfast and easy acces to Metro Lines, Hong Kong Airport Express, Star Ferry Lines, Hong Kong Convention Center, and restaurants. It also has an above average gym with weights, aerobic machines, and a pool. In a market that can be very challenging, it provides excellent value and excellent customer service.

Good location with easy transport options. Staff were amazing. They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was very good with buffet style breakfast and dinner with something for everyone. It was good to have a gym and swimming pool. Nothing I didn’t like.
