The room had just enough space for my group of 3 people. There was a lack of room amenities such as shaving razors or toothbrushes due to Hong Kong regulations. The area the hotel is located in is very lively and convenient to live in. There is a 7-eleven around the corner and plenty of restaurants to eat at.

Staff were very polite, helpful and prompt, but the room is very aged, cleanliness of the newly checked-in room is not the best, and the most important factor was the machineries noise when staying at the top floor, my room 2807 must be directly underneath the lift motor room or the rooftop pool's pump room, constantly hearing shut off valve sounds including overnight, as I was staying up until 4am.

This is not a 4 star hotel anymore, the fixtures and furniture are extremely old and require refurbishment. Visible mold/black spores grows in gaps and corners around the whole bathroom. Toilet also has a slight smell that doesn't go away. The positives: somewhat reasonable price, with good helpful staff, nice looking foyer, clean sheets and towels.

During our 7 nights stay, the beds are comfortable and is quite at night. We enjoy our stay. We stayed at this Hotel 4 years age and we will do the same in our future visit to Hong Kong.

Fuss-free stay

Location in between a stretch of wet market (fruit/veg, meat, dried goods, etc). The room was spacious albeit looking old, showerhead holder doesn't stay up (slides down), sheer curtains has mould on the bottom edges. Bed is firm. AC is strong (cold and not drying). Has a mini-fridge, hairdryer is fixed to the bigger bedroom. Smart TV in both rooms.

It’s really good for the price. And it’s a good hot shower and sleep place. The room is good. Furniture is a little old and a little run down, but understandable for the price. Definitely a good budget choice.

It’s in the heart of bustling market and many locals told me that the street where hotel located is very famous because it’s the only street with market and tram way. Hotel was not brand new but clean with friendly staff. I could hear some noise from neighbours but not at all from outside at 11 th floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a traveller wish to feel local vibe.
