Amazing property. Stayed for 5 nights. Staff was able to accommodate my early arrival and helped with every question I had. They helped me book activities and was very pleased with the experience overall. Definitely will stay at this property my next time here!

i loved how the beach was so near & the water so warm compared to the other beach of the island of oahu. what i disliked was the hotel having a small pool & shopping center within the hotel

Parking is HORRIBLE!! Garage needs improvements & remodeling! But the check in desk guy, James, was AMAZING!! He’s an asset to the Hyatt Hotel!! Super sweet, Helpful, & professional!!!

Had a decent stay. Great views of the ocean. $45 for a bfast buffet was out of the question so we didn’t eat at the hotel. Drinks were too expensive too. Better to dine elsewhere.

Parking’s horrible, much worse now than compared to what it was like 2 years ago. Prolly next time we will just uber around the island. Otherwise, it was very pleasant to stay here this time again. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, and perfect location. Thank you

I have not one complaint! All staff was wonderful! Room nice and clean, pool was wonderful! Location was excellent. I would certainly love to return to your facility on my next visit but would like a beach view would be the only thing I would change!

Iconic Hotel,This four block area is the spot in Waikiki. My first stay was in 1978. At this point it could use some remodeling. don't let that prevent you from choosing however.

This hotel has everything you could need during your stay! Two ABC stores for quick need items like sunscreen, first aid, beach items and alcohol. A gym, pool, hot tub, laundry room, breakfast places and a bar and restaurant. The food at the restaurant is good. They have beautiful acoustic musicians play by the pool and hot tub every evening, very relaxing. There is also an excursion office open from 8am-5pm and those guys were so great and helpful. The resort is beautiful! And the ocean-front room was definitely worth it! The only downside is our room was on the 5th floor so we were unable to see the sunset because of the buildings in front of us and how low we were, but still amazing view of the beach, ocean and diamond head mountain. Hotel is basically on the beach and is so close to everything!

There was only one elevator and it was quite a walk to access it for my handicap husband. The check in desk is on the second floor and could not find an elevator to take to ground floor. Also, we did not get a handicap accessible room as we requested. There are no grab bars in the shower which made it very difficult for my husband to get into tub to shower without falling. When we booked tours sometimes the meeting pick up point was at one location and sometimes at another-very confusing. Overall the hotel was very nice but i would never book it again
