"YIKES. Black mold and rust all over the bathroom ceiling and in the AC vents. Given the way the ceiling looked, I can't imagine the whole place not being infested with mold. The sink and shower water smelled VERY strongly of sulfur (rotten egg/fart smell) and I smelled awful after a quick shower. ..."
