The staff was excellent. However, overall property was ok to good. The rooms weren't SUPER clean and a furniture a bit worn. Counters and surface tops needed to be wiped down. Found a few small dead bugs. Had the room have been vacuumed better and wiped down they wouldn't have been there. I had the deluxe king studio and the couch had lots of stains on it. The desk chair had tears in it from wear and tear. Elevators and hallways could use a good cleaning and vacuuming. Although when I checked out the hallway was being vacuumed. For the price though overall it was a good vaule. The staff made up for the shortcomings.

Hot shower, great bed and pillow, clean!

I was greeted by name when I walked in at 11:30pm. “We were expecting you”. Hot shower with good pressure, comfy bed and pillow, clean place. Breakfast was OK, I missed seeing the oatmeal, my fault. I marked this as a favorite hotel for when I am in town again.
