As seen from the Rock of Cashel burial grounds, I took about 8 pictures of the Abbey and in each one there was almost freakish clarity of the abbey. Definitely a very "thin place." #green

A favorite of mine to escape the crowds at Rock of Cashel. Careful of the cow deposits when walking around. Cows themselves were friendly enough.
Hore Abbey is located just down the hill from the Rock of Cashel in Ireland. Most people skip this gem of a place. We loved wandering through this old monastery. This is Hore Abbey by drone. Hore Abbey is located within walking distance of the Rock of Cashel. The Rock of Cashel is one of Ireland's must-see sights but we preferred Hore Abbey.
