"The staff was very good. There was an issue with the first room. We went back to the desk and talked to Steve about it. he gave us a different room. before he gave us the room he made sure the room was in good shape. "Breakfast and parking were great. Guests next door were horrible, loud and apparently left a big enough mess that the whole staff knew about it. Not sure I would stay at another Tru. The staff was AMAZING. If it weren’t for them, I would be giving this experience a thumbs down."
