"The area is very dangerous and poor condition. Part of the hotel a huge portion is destroyed Hotel is extremely dirty, very rundown, and should not be open. This hotel would not accept credit cards they do not have a computer system or a reservation system Hotels.com should not be associating with hotels in such poor condition. "The staff at check-in was friendly, so I actually started out hopeful. I got to my room and at first glance it looked clean. Then I walked into the bathroom and it was flooded, water everywhere across the floor. How do you miss an entire flood during a room inspection? After I reported it, they did move me to another room, which I appreciated in the moment. But the problems didn't stop. The next day I asked for housekeeping to clean the room, and no one ever came. "No desk in the room, did not provide the wi-fi code at check in and required a second desk visit to get one. Doors repeatably slamming by person cleaning the rooms down the hall. Coffee maker in the room did not work. Asked for coffee at front desk and told they were removed from their lobby. (told to walk to another building to possibly get some). Just do not have their act together."

"The motel is old so its not perfect. It was just what we needed. The bed was firm and the air conditioner worked great! The staff was very nice and accommodating."
