"Excellent location, just minutes to the platform at the train station. Rooms are small but functional. Only complaint was that the shower would randomly turn cold every 10-15 seconds."

Especially the lady (I do not remember her name) that was at the breakfast desk welcoming people, taking reservations and handing out ginger shots. She made our day!!! "Pluses: good location, less outrageously expensive than other outrageously expensive hotels in Stockholm, nice bed and bathroom, quiet and dark rooms. Minus: the room is very bare and quite gloomy; there were not even plastic cups to have a drink of water. The only place to put the suitcase (on the floor) was so dark that we had to use flashlights to see our clothes. It is strange living underground; London hotels with no windows have a kind of light panel which at least feels like a window."
